AI Enablement Director

Job Summary

Leading the AI transformation initiatives, the full-time remote AI Enablement Director will manage the AI use case lifecycle, oversee workflow assessments, and ensure measurable business impact from AI deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the use case pipeline by triaging requests, refining problem statements, and coordinating across functions to lead initiatives from discovery to launch
• Conduct structured assessments of current workflows to identify areas where AI can add value and surface potential use cases
• Govern the AI tool stack by evaluating vendors, maintaining the AI Tool Registry, and providing cost-per-outcome visibility to leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, business operations, or automation delivery with experience in AI or workflow automation initiatives
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI technologies, including prompt engineering and tool evaluation
• Experience in conducting workflow assessments with a focus on operational mapping and identifying leverage points
• Proven track record of producing measurable outcomes in terms of time saved, costs reduced, or revenue impacted
• Strong written communication skills for creating business cases and executive updates
