AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
The full-time remote AI Enablement Engineer will build, deploy, and support production AI tools and workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders to create secure and scalable solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents, including API integrations and backend services
- Deploy and manage services in Azure and AWS, ensuring operational reliability and user support
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce and Microsoft 365, focusing on security and compliance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience, specifically with LLM/generative AI systems
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React with TypeScript)
- Experience deploying and managing cloud solutions on Azure and/or AWS
- Hands-on experience with LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms
- Understanding of applied LLM fundamentals, including retrieval and prompt design
