AI Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

AI Enablement Engineer, a full-time position focused on designing and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity across various back-office functions, including Accounting, FP&A, HR, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve team efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases
• Develop integrations between AI services and internal systems using APIs and automation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or a similar technical role
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and system integrations
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts and experience with cloud platforms and developer tooling
