AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic engineering organization, the full-time AI Enablement Engineer will evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance engineering productivity while ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and apply AI tools to improve engineering efficiency across various disciplines
- Design, develop, and maintain custom AI agents and automation tools for engineering activities
- Integrate AI solutions into existing engineering workflows and document best practices for responsible usage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of modern AI tools and their applications in engineering tasks
- Experience improving engineering tools, processes, or development efficiency
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and deliverables
- Experience developing automation or AI-enabled agents to support engineering workflows is a plus
