AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with commercial and business teams, the full-time remote AI Enablement Engineer will identify, design, and deploy AI-powered automations to enhance workflows and improve efficiency across Sales, Strategy, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze workflows with subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities
- Design and build automation solutions using tools like Claude, Zapier, and custom scripts
- Deploy, maintain, and iterate on solutions based on feedback to ensure reliability and value delivery
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code
- Familiarity with React, Golang, and Python
- Background in solutions engineering, technical operations, or business analysis
- Experience in breaking down complex workflows and building automations
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
