AI Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Enablement Engineer will collaborate with Developer Marketing Operations teams to transform repetitive tasks into AI-supported workflows, develop automation tools, and ensure the scalability of successful patterns across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to create efficient workflows for Developer Marketing Operations
• Translate team processes into agents, prompts, bots, and automation solutions
• Lead design discussions and write specifications for automation projects

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Experience with automation, agents, and productivity systems
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
• Passion for AI and open-source technologies
