AI Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

Driving AI adoption across teams, the full-time remote AI Enablement Engineer will build and maintain a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows for various departments, implement tools and integrations, and train teams on their usage while tracking productivity and cost impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a monthly roadmap of AI workflows, prioritizing productivity and cost impact
• Support system implementations and connect AI tools into core business systems for seamless workflow integration
• Train teams on AI workflows and tools, ensuring effective adoption and tracking ROI and usage metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, or a related technical role
• Ability to write and modify code for internal business applications
• Experience building integrations or automations using platforms like Zapier or low-code/no-code tools
• Working knowledge of modern AI tools and their application in business workflows
