AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
To support internal AI and product teams, the full-time remote AI Enablement Engineer will design training, advise on architecture, and enhance the production readiness of AI-assisted applications created by non-engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead training for the Builder Program, ensuring a solid foundation for new projects
- Review, harden, and deploy Builder-created applications, focusing on security, testing, and documentation
- Build reusable templates and guardrails to enhance the efficiency and safety of future builds
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience at a senior or staff level
- Hands-on experience with the full path to production, including architecture, secure authentication, and CI/CD
- Experience in building AI applications and familiarity with AI-assisted frontend tools
- Proven ability to mentor and enable non-engineers in a pragmatic manner
- Background in technical coaching or developer enablement is a plus
