AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the optimization of AI solutions in a full-time remote capacity, the AI Enablement Engineer will build foundational integrations, develop reusable patterns for teams, and enhance AI literacy across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimize integrations and infrastructure for AI solutions across various functions
- Create reusable templates and workflows to streamline processes for future teams
- Partner with internal teams to enhance AI literacy and develop champions within the organization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or cloud-native environment
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI tools at scale, with a consultative approach to problem-solving
- Technical proficiency in scripting and integration using Python, TypeScript, or shell, along with knowledge of SDLC fundamentals and API integration
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on building scalable solutions rather than becoming a bottleneck
