AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
To execute the Smart AI roadmap, the full-time remote AI Enablement Engineer will partner with employees to enhance their understanding of Smart AI tools, troubleshoot barriers, and develop reusable solutions while contributing to infrastructure improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical partner for employees using Smart AI, addressing best practices and resolving blockers
- Gather and translate employee needs into clear requirements for the Smart AI roadmap, while executing improvements and building reusable journeys
- Host workshops and office hours to educate employees on AI capabilities and enhance their development workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technology, preferably within a startup environment
- Hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code and a solid understanding of software development
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies through independent study
- Empathy for users, especially those new to cutting-edge technology
- Proven capability to identify user roadblocks and create effective solutions
