AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a forward-thinking AI Enablement Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on integrating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), optimizing developer productivity through AI tools, scripts, and custom harnesses.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and determine the most effective AI tools and models for specific engineering challenges across the SDLC
- Design, script, and deploy custom AI harnesses, internal chatbots, and integrations using the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Monitor and analyze enterprise AI usage, optimizing for cost, performance, and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how to augment it with AI
- Deep architectural understanding of different AI models, including their strengths and weaknesses
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python and Bash
- Experience building and deploying custom AI harnesses, chatbots, and wrapper APIs
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI models with local or enterprise data sources
