AI Enablement Engineering Lead

Job Summary

To drive AI enablement across the organization, the full-time remote Head of AI Enablement Engineering will own the strategy and hands-on building of AI tools and workflows, ensuring Deepgram becomes a leader in AI-native practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive AI enablement engineering strategy and standards across the company
• Evaluate and prototype AI tools, models, and workflows to ensure effective adoption and integration
• Build reference implementations and an enablement hub for reusable agents and skills

Required qualifications

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in building production-quality AI agents and tools
• Deep knowledge of modern AI tooling, including coding agents and orchestration
• Proven track record of driving technology adoption at scale
• Ability to influence across business and technical functions without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills for demoing and reporting outcomes to executives
