Key Responsibilities

• Understand roles and functions across the firm to identify AI enablement gaps and needs
• Develop AI curriculum and enablement content strategy
• Coordinate business unit training and self-service capability enablement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-level training and enablement experience with transformational change management
• Moderate to high level of AI fluency and understanding of AI technologies
• Proven experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience in partnering with IT and Security teams for compliance with responsible AI practices
