Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption and integration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the internal AI Hub as a central resource for training and tools
Run the AI Champion Program to support adoption and distributed leadership across departments
Stay ahead of AI developments and provide strategic updates to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in technical roles with experience in developing and adopting AI
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or API-based AI tools
Comfortable scripting or integrating tools in Python, JavaScript, or similar
Experience building internal enablement programs or developer platforms is a plus
