AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Lead, Talent & Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale flagship talent development programs, such as career development and onboarding
• Design and implement AI-enabled learning experiences, including personalized learning pathways
• Partner with HR and business leaders to create scalable development solutions based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in global learning or talent programs
• Experience in building scalable programs, not just facilitating workshops
• Strong systems thinker with a focus on processes for large employee groups
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical use of AI tools to enhance learning experiences
• Highly analytical with the ability to use data for prioritization and evaluation
