Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to embed AI into delivery workflows across strategic client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI within existing delivery workflows
• Train and coach team members on effective AI tool usage and drive adoption
• Integrate AI into active projects and workflows, ensuring solutions are usable and repeatable

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI tools within delivery work
• Proven ability to apply AI to improve efficiency, quality, or scalability
• Experience developing repeatable processes, playbooks, or training materials
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or technical tooling that enhances AI application
• Experience with Data Center Design or Engineering/Construction industry standards
