Job Summary

The full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will drive the adoption of AI tools and processes across various departments, ensuring teams are equipped to leverage AI for operational improvements while reporting directly to the EVP.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI readiness and develop tailored training for non-R&D departments
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases and manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives
• Establish guidelines for AI tool usage and monitor compliance with ethical standards

Required qualifications

• Background in technology, R&D, or product development with a focus on business enablement
• Understanding of AI tools and practical business applications
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Experience in the software or utility industry
