AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

To accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption across non-engineering teams, the full-time AI Enablement Lead will identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable AI-driven solutions, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure compliant implementation in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to assess workflows and prioritize AI and automation initiatives based on business impact and feasibility
• Design AI-enabled workflow approaches that integrate with enterprise systems and define clear requirements for implementation teams
• Translate prioritized use cases into implementation-ready materials, including workflow definitions and process maps

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology, consulting, solutions architecture, or related fields
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and technology adoption initiatives in complex environments
• Proven ability to assess business processes and design scalable workflow solutions
• Experience working within enterprise environments with established governance and compliance expectations
• Demonstrated ability to define success measures and use data to evaluate outcomes
