AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

As an AI Enablement & Community Lead, the full-time remote position will manage the development of AI training programs, foster internal communities, and drive engagement efforts to enhance AI adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve AI training curricula tailored to various roles and track learning outcomes
• Build and manage an internal AI community to facilitate knowledge sharing and peer learning
• Serve as a thought partner on AI strategy and collaborate with HR to integrate AI competencies into talent development frameworks

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational change, or community building in a technology-forward environment
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences effectively
• Experience in building programs from the ground up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its applications in the workplace
