AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Owning the curriculum for AI enablement, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will facilitate live sessions, skill-authoring labs, and executive coaching while connecting with customer leadership to drive AI integration within their organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the full enablement curriculum, including baseline training and role-specific tracks
• Facilitate executive coaching sessions and skill-authoring labs tailored to customer workflows
• Maintain and contribute to the demo library and enablement playbook as offerings evolve

Required qualifications

• Experience in teaching, workshop facilitation, or consulting, with a passion for helping others learn
• Strong public speaking skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences including executives
• Background in developer relations or technical evangelism, effectively communicating technical concepts
• Consulting mindset with a focus on listening, diagnosing, and recommending solutions
• Familiarity with business software and at least one general-purpose AI tool
