AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Driving internal AI fluency, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will design and deliver training programs, create educational content, and coach employees on the use of AI tools like Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI enablement programs from foundational onboarding to advanced practitioner training
• Develop curriculum and reference materials, and lead live training sessions and workshops
• Partner with managers to identify adoption gaps and coach individuals and teams to enhance AI fluency

Required qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in customer education, technical training, or learning and development
• Strong personal fluency with Claude and modern AI tools, demonstrated through daily use
• Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs
• Experience in curriculum design, including audience segmentation and learning outcomes
• Ability to measure learning outcomes and iterate programs based on data
