AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Owning the connection between AI capabilities and user needs, the full-time AI Enablement Lead will design and implement internal training programs, establish best practices, and drive tool adoption across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run tailored internal AI training programs and manage an AI champions network
• Establish organization-wide AI best practices, including prompt libraries and evaluation rubrics
• Build and ship production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows without current ownership

Required qualifications

• Experience in AI training program development and implementation
• Strong understanding of AI best practices and tool selection processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
• Experience in building internal tools for workflow optimization
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and vendor landscapes
