AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Driving the integration of AI across business functions, the full-time AI Enablement Lead will ensure effective use of AI tools, build AI literacy, and support teams in adopting AI into their workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent use and integration of AI tools into daily work, identifying and removing barriers to adoption
• Develop role-based enablement programs and support teams in effectively utilizing AI platforms and tools
• Translate business needs into actionable AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives that drive adoption and impact

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in technology enablement, product, operations, consulting, or transformation roles
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies at scale
• Strong background in workflow/process design and change management
• Technical fluency and understanding of AI tools and capabilities, such as Copilot and LLMs
• Proven ability to drive behavior change and adoption beyond deployment
