AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of AI tools and practices, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will design and execute enablement programs, create role-based learning experiences, and measure organizational adoption while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies and practical roadmaps
• Design and deliver role-based training programs and maintain current training materials
• Define, track, and report on AI adoption metrics and business impact across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in enablement, organizational change management, or learning and development within a technology or professional services organization
• Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of new technologies or business processes at scale
• Practical experience using modern AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
• Strong organizational, program management, and project leadership capabilities
