AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Driving the practical adoption of AI tools and processes, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will assess AI readiness across departments, develop tailored training, and identify high-impact use cases to enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI readiness and maturity across non-R&D departments and develop tailored training resources
• Partner with department heads to identify and prioritize AI use cases, building and deploying AI-driven solutions
• Establish guidelines for AI tool usage, ensuring ethical practices and monitoring the evolving AI landscape

Required qualifications

• Background in technology, R&D, or product development with a focus on business enablement
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions, including automation workflows and integrations
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven capability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
• Experience in the software or utility industry
