AI Enablement Lead
Job Summary
To support the scaling of AI capabilities, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will design and develop high-impact AI agents, mentor super users, and collaborate across functions to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents that improve organizational workflows
- Support and mentor a network of super users through consultations and coaching to enhance their AI solution development
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are well-governed and aligned with organizational practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, product, strategy, or a related field
- Significant experience in building and deploying AI agents or technology tools
- Strong workflow analysis skills and an iterative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to guide and support others in developing their own AI solutions
