Job Summary
Leading AI adoption across all departments, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will manage the AI Center of Excellence, coach a network of champions, and drive measurable business value through comprehensive training and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own company-wide AI adoption, including awareness, training, activation, and measuring business value
- Run the AI Center of Excellence, managing operations such as champions network and adoption scoreboard
- Recruit and coach champions in every department, facilitating cross-functional AI pods to deliver measurable results
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in engineering, operations, or enablement roles, with 2+ years leading platform adoption across an organization
- 1+ year of recent experience directly building and influencing AI initiatives at the company level
- Hands-on experience scripting, calling APIs, and automating workflows related to AI
- Proven ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating successful adoption curves
- Evidence of producing measurable outcomes, showcasing before and after results from initiatives led
