Job Summary
To drive AI integration across the organization, the full-time remote AI Enablement Manager will develop and implement an enterprise-wide AI strategy, manage the PureSpectrum AI Academy, and oversee function-level AI playbooks and project portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch the PureSpectrum AI Academy, creating structured training pathways for various employee levels
- Develop and maintain a curated AI tool stack, managing governance and evaluating emerging AI platforms
- Own function-level AI playbooks and manage an active portfolio of AI implementation projects across departments
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in program management, internal consulting, or business operations with hands-on AI tool experience
- Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and familiarity with the broader AI landscape
- Technical fluency to evaluate AI integrations and engage with engineering teams effectively
- Experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs for diverse audiences
- Exposure to functions like Marketing, Sales, HR, or Finance, with a strong collaborative approach
