AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving company-wide AI adoption, the full-time AI Enablement & Adaptation Manager will build a culture of confident AI use while managing change, continuous education, and feedback loops, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives and apply change management frameworks to enhance team engagement with AI tools
• Develop and deliver ongoing education sessions tailored to various audiences, ensuring timely updates on AI platforms and policies
• Define and track adoption KPIs, providing regular feedback to IT leadership on adoption trends and areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or corporate learning and development
• Proven ability to drive technology adoption across cross-functional organizations
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as M365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across all levels of seniority
• Data-driven approach to measuring impact and ability to influence without authority
