AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving the adoption and optimization of AI tools, the remote AI Enablement Manager will partner cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support business growth through AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows across departments
• Partner with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for AI integration
• Develop and implement AI-driven process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce manual work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, digital transformation, project management, or AI enablement required
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate or enhance business processes
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology or transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
