AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the adoption of AI across a portfolio of marketing agencies, the remote AI Enablement Manager will identify and implement practical AI use cases, manage an AI use case pipeline, and facilitate training and enablement programs for both client-facing and back-office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with agency leaders to integrate AI into workflows and develop role-specific playbooks
• Manage and organize AI use cases, maintaining a structured intake and tracking system
• Support the integration of AI into existing workflows and assist with pilot execution and feedback capture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4-6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or a related field
• Experience in cross-functional environments with strong organizational skills
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity and interest in AI and emerging technologies
