AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving the creation, adoption, and governance of internal AI agents, the full-time AI Enablement & Governance Manager will manage the enterprise Agent Registry, define risk tiering models, and establish standardized agent workflow patterns while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents leveraging various agentic platforms
• Own and maintain the enterprise Agent Registry, ensuring metadata, usage metrics, and audit traceability
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agent development, deployment, and monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles
• Hands-on experience with agentic platforms or AI frameworks
• Experience in designing and governing workflow automation using AI agents
• Understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration
