AI Enablement Manager
Job Summary
To support innovative growth in biopharma, the full-time remote AI Enablement Manager will invent and build AI-native solutions, shape and scale offerings, and connect strategy, creative, data, and technology across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a creative engineer to prototype AI solutions from initial concepts to tangible products
- Collaborate with leadership to identify viable prototypes and develop repeatable offerings
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to simplify complex AI capabilities for actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI solution development, digital transformation, or related fields
- Experience in agency, consulting, innovation labs, or product companies
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and workflow automation frameworks
- Ability to build reusable intellectual property such as accelerators or toolkits
- Knowledge of FDA/EMA standards or evidence-based content workflows is a plus
