Job Summary
To empower the Customer Experience organization in leveraging AI, the fully remote AI Enablement Partner will lead high-impact initiatives, consult with leadership on AI strategies, and design training experiences aimed at driving operational excellence and customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex CX AI enablement initiatives, from strategy development to global execution
- Consult with CX leadership to prioritize AI enablement initiatives that align with corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate diverse training experiences, including workshops and self-serve modules focused on AI enablement
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI Enablement within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and drive operational scaling
- Expertise in developing structured enablement programs based on strategic priorities
- Experience in enablement program management with a focus on business analysis
- Background in change management and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
