AI Enablement Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Principal to lead enterprise-wide readiness and adoption of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI readiness and adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with various departments to align enablement, governance, and change efforts
• Design and deliver comprehensive AI training and enablement frameworks, including learning paths and skill assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in human resources, change management, or technology adoption, including 2 years leading AI initiatives
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and change management best practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across teams
