A company is looking for an AI Enablement Program Lead to deliver transformative programs for its CIO organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to develop and deliver education programs on AI and emerging technologies
• Plan and execute events and activities that foster learning and adoption across the CIO organization
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful program delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology enablement or learning initiatives
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their enterprise applications
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Demonstrated success in program design, training delivery, and change management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
