AI Enablement Senior Manager
Job Summary
To accelerate responsible AI adoption across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience, the full-time AI Enablement Senior Manager will lead the AI Center of Excellence, develop custom AI solutions, manage training programs, and partner with various stakeholders to implement a scalable AI-enabled operating model.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain custom GPTs, AI agents, and reusable AI-enabled workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience
- Lead AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and the Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with business priorities and responsible AI standards
- Design and deliver AI training and enablement programs, fostering AI literacy and supporting champions to drive adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, AI enablement, or related fields
- 2 years of preferred experience in the AI space
- Knowledge of generative AI tools, custom GPTs, and AI-enabled workflows
- Strong program management and change management skills
