AI Enablement Services Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the development of AI agents to automate repetitive tasks in Data Migration, Project Management, and Implementation
• Analyze the delivery journey to identify friction points and build AI solutions for automation
• Create an "AI Playbook" to ensure proficiency in AI usage among Implementation Consultants and Customer Success Managers

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in Professional Services operational excellence and understanding of AI/LLM capabilities
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including Prompt Engineering and Agentic Frameworks
• Proven ability to lead teams through digital transformation and change management
• Experience in process engineering methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean
• Preferred experience in InsurTech or complex SaaS migrations
