AI Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to lead the integration and ethical management of AI systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making
• Develop and maintain AI governance policies to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to promote responsible AI practices and facilitate communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI development, governance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and frameworks
• Experience implementing governance frameworks in regulated environments
• Certifications in AI governance, data privacy, or ethical AI practices are preferred
