Job Summary

Supporting the rollout and operational management of AI assistants and automation initiatives, the remote AI Enablement Specialist will configure, integrate, monitor, and optimize AI-driven workflows and conversational systems while collaborating with various teams to enhance productivity and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize AI bots, AI assistants, and conversational workflows
  • Integrate AI systems with CRM platforms, telephony systems, and internal tools
  • Monitor AI assistant performance and continuously improve outputs and workflows
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in automation, AI operations, systems integration, or technical enablement roles
  • Hands-on experience configuring workflow automation tools or AI assistants
  • Understanding of CRM systems, collaboration platforms, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
