AI Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence tools, the full-time remote AI Enablement Specialist will provide structured training, practical guidance, and implementation support to staff, acting as a liaison between technology teams and end users to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts needs assessments to identify AI opportunities and develops roadmaps for implementation
• Designs and delivers training programs while producing reference materials to enhance AI proficiency across teams
• Creates proof-of-concept AI solutions and prototypes, translating technical outputs into business value for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• (Honours) Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with no-code and low-code platforms to demonstrate AI-powered workflows
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse adult learners
• Familiarity with data privacy principles and responsible AI use in regulated environments
