AI Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the rollout of AI training programs, the full-time remote AI Enablement Specialist will manage tool selection criteria, facilitate community engagement, and assist in the development of enablement content and metrics tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Define criteria for selecting new AI tools and support community managers in building networks of AI champions
• Facilitate training sessions and contribute to the development of enablement materials
• Co-lead weekly AI learning sessions and maintain the AI@Work knowledge hub

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in enablement, communications, program coordination, or related roles
• Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
