AI Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote AI Enablement Specialist will work closely with senior members to assess business workflows, build AI tools, and coach team members on effective AI tool usage.

Key responsibilities

• Assess business workflows to identify opportunities for AI tool integration and improvement
• Build and iterate on AI automations and applications based on team feedback and usage data
• Conduct coaching sessions to help team members become proficient with AI tools through hands-on practice

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional or project-based experience, including internships or relevant coursework
• Practical experience using AI tools in a work context with demonstrable applications beyond basic use
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a drive to understand their deeper functionalities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Organized and reliable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
