AI Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Building and configuring AI voice agents for inbound call handling, the full-time remote AI Enablement Specialist will focus on enhancing the intake function for law firm clients while expanding into broader AI initiatives across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure AI voice agents, ensuring conversations meet client qualification standards
• Integrate voice agent platforms with law firm CRMs and design call flows, qualification logic, and escalation triggers
• Identify and develop automation workflows to streamline internal tasks and improve client service delivery

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in building AI workflows, automations, or integrations in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with AI voice agent platforms and designing conversation flows
• Experience integrating AI tools with third-party platforms via APIs or no-code/low-code tools
• Comfortable working across the full build cycle from scoping to deployment and iteration
• Strong documentation skills to ensure maintainability of built solutions
