Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Enablement Specialist will collaborate with senior team members to assess business workflows, build AI automations, and provide coaching on AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assess business workflows to identify opportunities for AI tool integration and improvement
• Build and iterate on AI automations and prompt-based tools based on team feedback
• Conduct coaching sessions to help business team members effectively use AI tools

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional or project-based experience, including internships or coursework
• Practical experience using AI tools in a work setting with demonstrable applications
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a desire to understand their deeper functionalities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts
• Organized and reliable in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities
