AI Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance internal operations, the full-time Internal Forward Deployed AI Engineer will design and implement AI agents, integrations, and automations that streamline workflows and boost productivity across various departments while collaborating closely with leadership and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and integrations to reduce manual work and improve productivity
• Inspect and leverage APIs from internal SaaS platforms to create necessary integrations for each department
• Partner with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Five to eight years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with production code and third-party APIs
• Strong programming skills in modern languages used for AI and integration, preferably Python or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with APIs of business SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Slack
• Demonstrated experience building with large language models and understanding AI agent frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
