AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the automation of healthcare workflows, the full-time AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain agentic systems and LLM-powered applications remotely, collaborating cross-functionally to implement AI-driven solutions in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain agentic systems and LLM-powered applications for healthcare automation
• Build and orchestrate agents using LLM APIs and frameworks to address complex healthcare challenges
• Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess agent performance and compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, backend engineering, machine learning, or a related field
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic orchestration frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS or Databricks
• Demonstrated ability to measure and track AI system performance through metrics and KPIs
