Key Responsibilities

Build and iterate on LLM features and components for the agentic workflow platform
Design and maintain APIs and services for inference and workflow execution
Track and improve model performance through evaluation, prompt optimization, and fine-tuning

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience building scalable backend systems or platforms in production
Strong coding skills and experience with service-oriented architectures
Experience shipping ML/LLM-powered applications
Strong understanding of foundation models and prompt engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
