AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Engineer (Applied AI Scientist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI systems end-to-end, including requirements, modeling, integration, and deployment
• Enhance multi-agent workflow systems through task decomposition, intent modeling, and context summarization
• Develop evaluation systems to measure agent performance and guide product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shipping ML/AI systems for large-scale, user-facing products
• Deep expertise in traditional ML approaches, NLP/LLMs, and recommender systems
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation practices and multi-step reasoning
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML infrastructure
• MS/PhD in a technical field or equivalent experience
