Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Engineer (Strategic R&D & Efficiency).

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO to pilot novel uses of AI within the company
Design and build workflows that enhance the efficiency of the core engineering team
Implement AI tools across departments to eliminate manual data entry and summarization tasks

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of deep machine learning and large language model experience
Expertise in Rust is preferred
Ability to work with high autonomy and define solutions from vague goals
Strong understanding of systems thinking and architectural design
